Cerebral Palsy Association of the North Country cannot thank the North Country enough for past and continued support of our Annual Polar Bear Golf Classic tournament. Participants play all 9 holes of golf in the snow at St. Lawrence University. All proceeds from the event go towards Cerebral Palsy Association of the North Country’s Outdoor Recreation Program, which provides people with disabilities opportunities to participate in outdoor activities like canoeing, kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, camping, swimming, whitewater rafting, snowshoeing, skiing and more.
Not only is it a great day of fun, it is a great way for businesses to network and friends to gather. The event not only features 9 holes of golf but it also includes other outdoor winter activities, indoor contests, prize raffles, and plenty of food and refreshments to go around! At night, a dinner and awards reception will be held at Best Western in Canton.
