CP Family Health Care Center

We offer complete dental services and accept most insurances, Medicaid, and self pay. A sliding fee scale is available for some dental services. Dental services are available at our Canton (St. Lawrence County) location only.

Orthopedic evaluation and diagnosis for children with a developmental disability is available at the Canton (St. Lawrence County) CP Family Health Care Center.

CP Family Health Care Center in Canton, NY offers evaluation and therapy services that are open to the public. Cerebral Palsy Association of the North Country is an Early Intervention physical therapy service provider.

We offer exams for Medicaid, Medicare, third party insurance and self pay. Prescription filling is available for Medicaid patients only. Optometry services are available in St. Lawrence, Jefferson and Franklin Counties.

CP Family Health Care Centers in St. Lawrence, Clinton/Essex, and Franklin Counties provide evaluation, ongoing therapy, and medication management. 

Primary Care providers offer comphensive health care services.  Offered in St. Lawrence and Franklin Counties.  A sliding fee scale is available for those who qualify at both locations.

CP Family Health Care Centers in Franklin County and St. Lawrence County are participating providers of the New York State Department of Health Cancer Services Program (formally known as the Healthy Living Partnership), which is a program that helps fund cancer screening for the uninsured and underinsured. 

CP Family Health Care Center offers foot care, which is the diagnosis and treatment of the feet and lower extremities.  Currently this service is provided only to individuals with a developmental disability.  Foot care is available at the St. Lawrence, Franklin, Clinton/Essex, and Jefferson County clinics.
