With growing concerns over the current COVID-19 cases developing across the country, Cerebral Palsy Associations of New York State has put together a list of resources in one convenient location to help reduce the spread of misinformation.

OPWDD COVID-19 Guidance and Resources

Client Notifications

In an effort to minimize the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), The Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) has directed all providers to temporarily suspend operations of site-based day programs and day hab without walls beginning March 17 at 5 p.m.

This DOES include our Outdoor Recreation and Personal Trainer programs.

All visitation at our Individualized Residential Alternative (IRAs) is suspended until further notice.

This is being done in response to direct guidance from the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD), and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Our team realizes this will cause significant hardship for the people living in the homes and their families. It is our goal to ensure the health and safety of all people, families, and staff. These restrictions will be lifted as soon as possible.
