Do you only provide programs and services to individuals with Cerebral Palsy?

CP Family Health Care Center offers a wide variety of services such as dental, primary care, optometry, and physical therapy to individuals with and without disabilities.  Call the health care center in your county to check which services are available and to make an appointment.  A sliding fee scale is available in St. Lawrence and Franklin counties for some services.
