What is your mission?

To advocate with and for individuals with cerebral palsy and similar service needs, and their families in the counties of St. Lawrence, Franklin, Clinton, Essex, and Jefferson, and to provide these individuals with lifelong opportunities and choices that promote their independence, inclusion and an enhanced quality of life.
