To advocate with and for individuals with cerebral palsy and similar service needs, and their families in the counties of St. Lawrence, Franklin, Clinton, Essex, and Jefferson, and to provide lifelong opportunities and choices that promote  independence, inclusion and an enhanced quality of life.
